Dr. Baker is a double board-certified child, adolescent and perinatal psychiatrist based in Boston. She focuses on pediatric anxiety disorders, ADHD and learning differences, adolescent mood disorders and reproductive psychiatry, with a passion for supporting mothers and families. Known for her warm, collaborative approach, she helps parents navigate the emotional and cognitive challenges of raising children in today’s digital world.
She has held leadership roles at Columbia University, where she directed the adolescent intensive outpatient program, and the Child Mind Institute in NYC, where she advanced public health education through the media and integrated mindfulness into clinical practice. Currently, Dr. Baker serves on the faculty at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, working in the Center for Women’s Mental Health and supervising resident physicians.
